All work done in our facitly is primarily close tolerance precision machining of down hole instrumentation equipment. We are able to verify these close tolerance components thru the use of our various calibrated inspection equipment, including a Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine. Our ability to conform to different part configurations is made possible with our more than 50 combines years of service to the precision machining sector. M&R is primarily oil field drilling and petrochemical industry; however we can quickly adapt to meet any needs you may have.
M&R Manufacturing is more than just your run of the mill machine shop. We specialize in innovative machining practices. We have many years in working with companies sharing ideas and business strategies for building high precision multi operation components in the most cost effective manner possible. We also offer our experience in wear coatings to add product life in many different environments. We have our own staff members qualified to generate CAD drawings for new products and also maintain existing ones. We have the ability to reverse engineer virtually any machined product for your obsolete or out of date machine part needs. Through the use of our Ziess Contura G-2 CMM we can check, plot and produce complete documentation covering each machined product. All of our CNC programs are CAM generated for highly reliable G-Code production. Our program library is set up with proven files for all previous run jobs. We back up all CNC files weekly to ensure no down time.
